While bisque has only been part of Mayco's product assortment for 7 years, Mayco has been in the business of shape design for many years. The design staff of sculptors and artists has a collective 130 years in the creation of ceramic surfaces for decoration. In addition to your favorite designs, this catalog features a brand new selection of bisque shapes to excite your customers and boost your sales. As with all Mayco products and programs, goals are established for their bisque assortment:

Innovation: Mayco is known for new, fresh ideas - spotting trends in the market that are then translated into our colors, bisque shapes, etc. Mayco understands you need new shapes to keep your consumers interested and returning to the studio to decorate new treasures. Therefore, they monitor home decor, clothing including colors and patterns, and current pop culture to gain inspiration for our designs. These unique designs will bring your customers back as they are exposed to trendy items in other retail settings,
print and TV advertising.

Quality: As a glaze manufacturer, Mayco understands the importance of offering high quality bisque. As a
result, we hold our bisque manufacturers to the highest standards of quality control in the entire manufacturing process – from maintaining the crispness of detail in the greenware phase to ensuring the
ware is properly fired. When bisque arrives at our factory, our ceramic technical staff and designers test
each shape for glaze compatibility, design integrity and overall quality. We understand inferior quality
creates many problems for you with unhappy customers, valuable production time and lost profits.

Assortment: In each bisque release, as well as the entire product line, we strive to make sure the needs
of all of your customers are met - whether children or adults - seeking party items, home decor or functional in design.

Business Support: Through programs such as the Mayco Creative Studios, Contemporary Times newsletters, Pottery Camp and other activities, we present studios marketing concepts, display ideas, pricing strategies and other business tactics to assist in sales generation.
